A bathroom you will actually want to use.
Tile that lays flat, a shower that does not leak into the room next door, and a vanity that fits the plumbing you already have.
Most bathroom problems in older Memphis houses are not cosmetic. Water has been getting behind the wall for years. We open it up, find out what is actually wrong, fix that first, and only then choose tile and finishes. That order is why our remodels outlast a weekend DIY.

The parts that decide whether a bathroom holds up.
-
Water first, finishes second
We open the wall or the pan before we pick tile. Rotten subfloor, a failed wax ring or a shower without a proper pan gets replaced before anything looks finished. Otherwise you are decorating a problem.
-
Tile set by a tile setter
Not a general carpenter with a tile saw. Floor and wall tile get set by someone who does it every day, with the correct thinset for the substrate and a real expansion gap. Lippage on a floor is a level problem, not a style choice.
-
Shower built to be tiled
A standard 2×3 shower pan is the durable choice for a primary bathroom. Curved or custom-pan designs exist and we will build them, but we will tell you honestly what they cost in labor and how they hold up.
-
Ventilation that works
A bathroom without a properly vented fan will destroy the ceiling above it and any wood framing nearby. We check and correct the duct run rather than installing a second fan that moves nothing.
Four steps, no surprises in the middle.

Photos or a walkthrough
Send photos on WhatsApp or let us look at it in person. For a small guest bath, photos are usually enough to scope it.
-
Scope and line items
You get the work broken out — demo, framing, plumbing, tile, paint — so you can see where the money goes and cut anything you do not want.
-
Fixed schedule
We give you a start date and a duration before signing. A full gut remodel is typically two to three weeks.
-
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished bathroom with you, fix punch-list items, and hand over the warranty documents.
Why we cannot quote a number over the phone.
We quote in writing after seeing the job. Anyone who gives you a firm bathroom price on the first phone call is guessing — and either they will not show up or the price will move once they see it.
What homeowners ask us before starting.
Do you pull permits for bathroom work?
Yes, when the scope requires it — most full gut remodels in Shelby County do, particularly when plumbing moves or the shower area changes. We handle the permit and the inspection scheduling.
Can you work in an occupied house?
Yes. Many of our jobs are in occupied rentals and owner-occupied homes. We contain the dust, keep a path you can walk through, and give you a realistic picture of what it is like to live with during the work.
How long does a full gut remodel take?
Two to three weeks for a standard primary bathroom. A guest bath that keeps its layout is shorter. Weather and inspection scheduling can move that by a few days.
Do you fix mold or water damage found during demolition?
We stop, show you what we found and what it costs to fix properly, and we do not proceed into the finish work until it is resolved. That is non-negotiable.
Can I reuse the existing tub or vanity?
Usually. If it is in good condition we will price the work around keeping it. Sometimes reusing the layout is the cheapest path and sometimes replacing it is cheaper than working around it.
What this actually looks like finished.

Send a few photos and we will tell you what your bathroom actually costs to remodel — not a range, an estimate you can plan around.
